Kidnapping Mayor Mike Haggar’s daughter Jessica was a mistake they probably wish they could take back; Haggar’s furious and heads will roll! Guy and Jessica’s boyfriend, Cody, is not too pleased either. Both are joining Haggar to clean up the slime-filled streets and rescue Jessica.
